Q: What is Staging?
A: Staging is the process of getting your home ready to sell.  We do that by decluttering, neutralizing and revamping décor,and working on furniture placement.  We will also help you learn to live in your house while it’s on the market.Staging is different from decorating in that is it actually a marketing tool. We are not there to pump your house full of stuff. We are there to make your house show the best it possibly can!

Q: I’m a builder and I’m interested to see if Oklahoma Impressions does model homes?
A: Yes, we can either use our accessories and stage it for a few weeks or months, OR we can do the shopping and get your model set up on a more permanent bases. One of the things that sets us apart from decorators is that we are trained to market your house and we do that by using tasteful, proportionate decorations.  When potential clients walk away, they should be talking about YOU, not us.

Q: I’m a business owner and I have a showroom.  Does Oklahoma Impressions stage stores?
A: Sure!  We will do all the shopping that is required and then set it up so that your product is the highlight.

Q: Does Oklahoma Impressions supply the accessories for my house that’s on the market, even if I’m living in it?
A: Yes, if you need them, but we use as much of your items as we possibly can.

Q: When do I pay?
A: As soon as the job is done. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

Q: Does Oklahoma Impressions do repairs?
A: No, we are not a contractor. Any repair work, cleaning, or painting needs to be done before we can work our magic.

Q: Does Oklahoma Impressions work with For Sale By Owners?
A: Of course!

Q: What areas does Oklahoma Impressions service?
A: We work the entire Oklahoma City Metro area and the surrounding suburbs.

Q: Does Oklahoma Impressions do custom decorating even if my house isn’t on the  market?
A: Sure!  We’ll come and give you a quote.
