For the homeowner who is living in the house, we start out with a detailed assessment.  We begin on the front yard of your home, go with you through every room, and end with the backyard.  We charge $100.00 per every 1000 square feet.  So a 1500 s.f. home would be around $150.00 and a 2400 s.f. home would be around $240.00. Then, we type up our recommendations, and email them to you within 24 hours along with a quote for how much our company will charge to do the recommended changes.  You may then decide if you want our company to do the work, or chose to do it yourself.  Or, you do some and we do some.  You decide!
